MESOTHERAPY

Mesotherapy is a non surgical facial rejuvenation treatment that is achieved by either a light needling procedure or a crystal gun. Mesotherapy works to revitalise dry, dull skin affected by fine lines and wrinkles. Age, stress, hormonal imbalance (post-birth, menopause), as well as sun and tobacco, can all be factors contributing to skin ageing. With time, lines develop, complexion turns dull, the skin texture can become uneven and wrinkles appear.

HYALURONIC ACID - NATURAL MAGIC

Hyaluronic acid is an essential skin component, it acts like a sponge that attracts and retains water, holding up to 1000 times its weight in moisture! Because of this, it is credited with keeping skin soft, plumped and healthy. Over time we naturally lose this vital component, which is part of the reason we see aging affects on our skin.

Our Mesotherapy treatment works by delivering hyaluronic acid into the skin, exactly where it needs to be. It is a cosmetic procedure that can only be administered by trained professionals and while positive effects are visible after the very first treatment, it is often recommended that you will get the best results from a series of sessions.

Mesotherapy Crystal Injector

The Mesotherapy Crystal Injector is a technique that uses injections of vitamins, enzymes, hormones, and plant extracts to rejuvenate and tighten skin, as well as removing dead skin cells and encouraging Collagenosis.

The idea behind mesotherapy is that it corrects underlying issues like poor circulation and inflammation that cause skin damage.  It rejuvenates dull and unhealthy skin, giving it back its strength, hydration and glow.

Before and After example of a Micro-Needling Treatment

Mesotherapy Micro-Needling

Micro-needling, when performed by a trained professional, involves the use of a pen made up of fine needles used to create hundreds of tiny, invisible puncture wounds in the top layer of skin. These “micro-injuries” stimulate the body’s natural wound healing processes, resulting in cell turnover, and increased collagen and elastin production within the dermis.

The many benefits of micro-needling are:

  • Reduces the fine lines and wrinkles
  • Tightens and Rejuvenates aging skin
  • Diminishes acne scarring
  • Increase collagen and elastin production
  • Reduces pore size
  • Smooths skin texture
  • Improves hyperpigmentation
  • Improves redness and rosacea

Mesotherapy can also be effective for treating some pigmentation concerns like sunspots or melasma. Using a specific formulation, the needling treatment can target areas to reduce unwanted pigmentation and help control the rate of pigment production.

All possibilities will be discussed with you prior to treatment.

Q. Does is hurt?
A. The procedure is a light needling so the sensation is a mild sharpness but most clients feel very little discomfort.

Q. How many treatments will I need?
A. Usually a series of three treatments is recommended, however depending on your area of concern you may need up to five. One or two maintenance treatments a year will help maintain results.
